This study offers a comprehensive examination of strategic management approaches implemented by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), a prominent banking institution in Indonesia. The research delves into BCA's strategic efforts across various aspects, including organizational planning, competitive positioning, customer service improvement, digital innovation, and sustainability initiatives. Utilizing a strategic management perspective, the analysis evaluates how BCA has addressed challenges and leveraged opportunities within Indonesia's evolving banking sector. It highlights critical strategic actions such as market segmentation, product development, and technological advancements to assess their influence on BCA's market dominance and financial achievements. Moreover, the paper emphasizes the significance of corporate governance and leadership in advancing BCA's strategic goals.
